    Holiday and weekend delivery in Zone 1 is subject to availability and can be arranged by phone ONLY, with a fee of $50.00.

    ​SUBSTITUTIONS

    We reserve the right to substitute balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution does not substantially change the theme of the bouquet.

    CANCELING AND CHANGING ORDER

    ​

    Once the order has been paid, there will be no refund in the event of cancellation. However, you may use the credit for any future orders in one calendar year.

    ​​​DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES

     

    Special delivery time frames, which are offered in select cities, are intended for orders destined for doorman residences. For non-doorman residences, a standard time frame should be selected.

    Our deliveries are made during working hours, from 10 AM to 5 PM, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Please call us first to confirm the precise time frame before making your order. Additional fees may applied.
