SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to substitute balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution does not substantially change the theme of the bouquet.
CANCELING AND CHANGING ORDER
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following cancellation policy:
**Refunds:** To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted by 9:00 AM (Florida time) at least 3 (three) business days before the scheduled delivery. **Late Cancellations or Changes:** Requests made after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value. However, if you wish, you can use the entire amount as a credit towards any future orders within one calendar year. **Request Submission:** To cancel or modify your order, please email us your request to dreamarkevents@gmail.com. Your order will only be considered canceled or modified once you receive a confirmation email.
DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES
Special delivery time frames, available in select cities, are designed for orders destined for doorman residences. For non-doorman residences, a standard time frame should be selected.
Our deliveries are made during working hours, from 10 AM to 5 PM, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Please call us first to confirm the precise time frame before making your order. Additional fees may be applied.
