WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Holiday and weekend delivery ZONE-1 only is subject to availability and has a fee of $45.00.

For the same day, holiday, and weekend deliveries, you need to call us first for availability.

SUBSTITUTIONS

We reserve the right to substitute balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution will not substantially change the theme of the bouquet.

CANCELING AND CHANGING ORDER

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following cancellation policy:

​**Refunds:** To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted by 9:00 AM (Florida time) at least two days before the scheduled delivery.

​**Late Cancellations or Changes:** Requests made after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value. However, if you wish, you can use the entire amount as a credit towards any future orders within one calendar year.

​**Request Submission:** To cancel or modify your order, please email info@myfloridaballoons.com.

 

Your order will only be considered canceled or modified once you receive a confirmation email.​​
